Throughout his thirteen year NFL career (with two Super Bowl championships) and now as a businessman, Ralph has been a leader in improving the marketplace for both athletes and sports marketers. An articulate and intelligent individual, Ralph has been at the forefront of the issues facing today’s athletes while serving as an NFL Player Representative, a member of the Board of Directors of the NFL Player’s Association and in his current role as Vice President with the NFL Alumni Association. Ralph also heads up Golden Peak’s Athlete Development Program.
